Abstract

The pedagogical content knowledge of the COACTIV model distinguishes three dimensions: knowledge of multiple representations and explanations, the knowledge of students’ thinking and assessment of understanding and the knowledge of tasks as instructional tools. The knowledge of instructional strategies in the field of religious education was examined through the lesson “What do I mean when I talk about resurrection?”. The lesson design was carried out with students between the ages of 14 to 16 of a non-specialized higher secondary school.
